Final pieces from the William Morris class

Well the William Morris course is over and fun was had by all. There was a really good mix of experiences from all the girls who attended.

I always want my classes to be fun and relaxed and for people to make friends, as well as learning new embroidery techniques, and I think that was achieved!!

The room and the settings are very relaxed and the view from the window was lovely.......

We produced some lovely work and all very different. We learned about the design process so we all took inspiration from around the gallery from images to colours and created our own designs from them. We silk painted, fabric painted, appliquéd, used bondaweb to put pictures onto fabric, bonded bits and pieces to make backgrounds, felted, hand stitched and finally added the finishing touches with some beads. I can't believe we covered and achieved so much within the classes. Well done to all of you.

Sorry if you're work isnt shown, some of my photos didnt come out.
Feel free to send your own images and I'll post them on.

Thanks, Sharon.
