Just to let you know about some upcoming events. Firstly a fair in Wanstead this Saturday March 10th 11-4pm, which i'll be taking part in. It's next to Wanstead library, so pop along and say hello if you're out and about......
The following Saturday is a Mother's Day special from the e17 designers. I'm not doing this one but hoping to pop along as not only is it in a new venue, the Mill in Walthamstow which i'm told is lovely, but for your £1 entry you get a raffle for a goodie bag. Plus as i'm a mum for the first time this year I might treat myself : )
If you still haven't got your mum a pressie or card for Mother's Day then pop along to the Art, Design & Craft Fair this Saturday in Wanstead. It's just upstairs at The George Pub so grab some lunch then pop along and show your mum how much you love her with some handmade goodies. There's also a special feature of textile art from local textile artists.....
Hi,We're going to be featuring at an art, design and craft fair on Saturday 2nd April, just before Mother's Day. So we've been beavering away creating some lovely mother's day gifts, mainly silk scarves which I have to admit I have been getting addicted to painting. I get really free and experiment with colour and technique which I rarely do on canvas so it feels really refreshing. As soon as I have some pics i'll upload to see what you think.Anyway here are the details so if you're in the area pop along, it sounds like a great little quirky venue with lots of great artists and designer makers.
